Victim of bungled hit-for-hire case files for divorce, receives temporary restraining order against husband

A Carrollton accountant charged with hiring a hit man to kill his wife had a California mistress and a secret fortune in “shadow companies,” according to new court documents.

A Denton County judge granted her a temporary restraining order against her husband.

I expect there will be much more to come on this case.
